Second visit to this salon, but unfortunately this wax was much more painful. I was told they had changed the wax and it was significantly more painful than last time, which is a shame. I hope they revert to the old wax soon!

Staff member was lovely however it was very difficult to communicate as she didn’t speak any English. I found quite a few hairs left and a LOT of residue wax. The walls are quite thin and the staff often communicate through the walls in Portuguese
