I have been to this salon a few times and while it is cheaper than most, the quality has got worse and worse every time. This time the usual address was under construction so you are directed up a dingy hallway (looks like someones house) and into the room where you can hear everything through the walls - this may have been intentional as my beautician was talking to someone else through the walls while in the middle of my treatment! The door to the room I was in led straight into the waiting room - no privacy!
Sorry to say this is the worst wax I've ever had. It was SO painful (and my threshold is high) and there are lots of patches she missed. A shame it has gone so downhill since I first started coming here....
