The place has undergone refurbishment and definitely improved, however I still feel that the floor etc could be cleaner. It is a bit of a bargain place - you get what you pay for. I appreciate that my waxes have always been relatively pain free and quick, however I have noticed things that have struck me as unhygienic - for example, during this treatment the lady doing the treatment scratched her scalp for a few seconds in the middle of my intimate wax.
