I’ve been coming here for years, and have never been to a place more thorough, painless and fast than here. The value is brilliant, I never get ingrown hairs and the quality of the wax is superior to more expensive salons I’ve been to in the past.
When I had to cancel an appointment made by telephone I asked to re-schedule for the following day but was told they were full booked. However Treatwell showed many many free appointment times (nearly the whole day) to chose from. During my treatment I asked my therapist if she had been busy, she told me it had been quiet day! Therefor I feel the only explanation for telling me there would be no availability was some kind of petty punishment for cancelling, which is pretty sad considering I have been a client for almost 7 years :/ - I wonder how they treat clients who don't even bother to cancel and simply don't show up? Treatment itself was as good as always which is why I have been a loyal customer for so long and frequently promote it to friends. Shame :/
