I come to this place all the time as very close to my work and home and although overall I'm quite satisfied, sometimes I feel not. Reason being is that everytime you will have a different beautician (you can't book with a specific one). The last experience with Hollywood was very bad as the beautician left me full of wax stucked then on my underwear and trousers. I also felt she wasn't very clear in which part to start/finish as she was asking million of time to move around and because she was quite small she couldn't reach the bed and my leg properly.
