I’ve been coming to My Brazilian Wax for well over a decade, and Natasha is absolutely brilliant. She is warm, professional and incredibly thorough, and always makes me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She pays attention to every detail and consistently does a fantastic job. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my waxing. Highly recommend her!

The staff were really friendly but unfortunately this was the worst wax I’ve ever had. I was left with bruising and mild burns. Instead of processing my refund, I was told the salon would prefer to give me a complementary treatment so they don’t get penalised by Treatwell. I explained that this wouldn’t work for me as I no longer trust the salon - but was then told that the owner couldn’t process my refund because she’s out of the country. I’m still waiting for a response. Such a shame.
