o have been to this saloon every month for more than one year and the service was always five stars! last month I was not really happy,service was too quick and not all.the hair was removed but I decided to give another chance.this time was even worse. the therapist was not competent,she applied and removed the wax on wrong direction making it very painfull,hair was not totally removed,and she was looking.at the are like she did not know what to do.Unfortunately I will need to find another saloon
