The hair was removed, but there was still wax left on my skin around the bikini area. The room also didn't feel the cleanest and the paper sheet on the bed completely disintegrated and was sticking to me. The lady was very patient and sweet though and it was much cheaper than most places! I had heard that they used sugar wax rather than normal hot wax so I was a bit confused about that but just went with it, so my mistake - but just worth mentioning in case anyone has heard the same.
