It was the worse waxing I had in 15 years. Hollywood bikini and full waxing were done under 20 minutes, the lady didn't ask me once if I was okay or about the temperature of the wax and it ended up burning me. I really didn't feel treated well...

Not as good as usually, rushed and wasn’t very thorough leaving some unwaxed places. The worst part was how much residual wax was left behind which was really difficult to wash off.
