Arrived on time and waited 10 minutes outside to be let in as there was no one on reception. No apology. I was in a rush so didn’t have time for my eyebrow wax. Lovely beautician who was sweet but didn’t speak any English which when you’re having an intimate wax done and I decided not to risk the eyebrow wax.
