Usually they are impeccable but unfortunately I think maybe because I was the last client of the night it was a bit rushed and wasn’t quite as thorough as usual, got home and noticed quite a bit of hair left. But saying that it was the first time this has happened out of the many times I’ve been before.

Really good wax, quick and relatively painless. When I was in the room the lady was friendly and all good. Only thing I would improve was the welcome - was all a bit abrupt and felt a bit frantic!
