First time intimate men's waxing as a 20-smth yr old dude can feel intimidating but my experience was welcoming, professional and efficient and I feel great after. She was really happy to answer my questions and make conversation while hair was getting ripped out of my hole.

it was my second time there in over a year (I had been getting waxed elsewhere while I lived in South London) and the standards are the exact same: outstanding. customer service is 5* and the wax itself was quick and speedy — considering I haven’t been waxed in nearly a year due to so many lockdowns! I felt completely at ease and she even went in with her tweezers after to get the little hairs the wax had missed. would recommend this place to ANYONE.
