Painful and not comfortable: rooms are tiny, the wax was very hot which I told the therapist about, yet she still proceeded to put massive lumps of it, instead of smaller patches (until I asked), she didn’t press after, so it was very painful, I had to ask for that as well. Bed had one small piece of beauty roll, no towel, no tissues, skin wasn’t cleaned before and she double dipped (massive red flags so won’t come again). Found a few thick hairs after as well. Sorry.
