I have been coming to My Brazilian Wax for almost ten years and I have always had a fantastic experience. I was also running a little late for my appointment and rather than cancel, I was accomodated and my treatment completed within the alloted time. I was so grateful that my appointment wasn't cancelled - excellent customer service.
