I tend to come at the weekends for my appointments, but due to my calendar I decided to book an after work slot. I must have been the last client that evening as my session felt very rushed and it was clear the therapist just wanted to go home. She didn’t let the wax set before it was removed, meaning it was quite painful. A shame really as I’ve been coming here for years. Will make sure to book a weekend slot in future.
