I’ve unfortunately never given a 1 star review before, but the process has heavily damaged my eyelash line and lashes which have since been falling out, inflamed . The doctor thinks it was likely overheated or something of the like. The glue at the time wasn’t fully removed and stuck around for weeks. The stylist was lovely and very personable, however as someone who looks at reviews a lot I feel it is important to communicate the experience. Hopefully in future others don’t go through the same
