I don’t like leaving reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. The massage itself was nice, but a few things made it hard to fully relax. My appointment was pushed back with less than 30 minutes’ notice, leaving me waiting almost 30 minutes on arrival. Once in the treatment room, the AC unit was quite noisy, and someone was loudly vacuuming in the salon, which made it impossible to relax. It was cold as well. The staff were pleasant, but the overall atmosphere wasn’t relaxing at all.
