I booked for BIAB extension and was gaslit for an hour trying to get me to accept acrylics. I had close to and hour of having to repeatedly say no to having acrylics. Finally I was told the person who did that service wasn’t available after an hour of being told the only way to entend in with acrylics… it made me feel incredibly uncomfortable as I showed them on Google the exact thing I booked - the name matching their advertised service. If you can’t do something that’s okay. Don’t gaslight.
