I accidentally booked on the wrong day and used my treatwell voucher + paid extra. When I arrived to the appointment which I had thought I booked they wouldn’t go ahead with the appointment, even though I had already paid. They could have still done the service because nail shop was quiet, and I know they will still receive my money. Very disappointed.
