Tom qualified as a reflexologist in 1999 and set up his private practice. Since then he has been building his private practice and corporate clinics whilst continuing studies as a therapist. Throughout this time Tom has treated a wide range of clients in many different settings. "When working I bring a non-judgmental, open and safe space for clients, that I hope enables them to open up to treatment, which in turn helps to facilitate positive change".
Biodynamic massage can be used in conjunction with biodynamic body psychotherapy or as a stand alone therapeutic tool: rather than communicating with words, the biodynamic therapist talks to the client with touch, the language of the body. This can be a profound experience that literally goes ‘beyond words’ and that can bring a deeper understanding of one’s own physicality and spirituality: by touching the body we are also communicating with the mind and the soul.
Juliette is a registered Nutritional Therapist dip CNM, mBANT, CNHC. She is passionate about personalised nutrition and its positive effects on both your mental and physical health. Her main areas of interest are digestive complaints, stress management, low energy, poor sleep, brain fog, hormonal and skin health as well as inflammatory conditions. Ten people in a room could be presenting with the exact same symptoms but have a completely different root cause which is why each session needs to be highly personalised. Instead of simply masking symptoms, nutritional therapy empowers you with the knowledge and understanding of the drivers and underlying imbalances. Juliette’s approach is dynamic, supportive and scientifically-backed
