The last few times I’ve been for my pedicure the chair does not give you a massage that is quite normal and enhances the experience.
I have been to other nail salons where this is standard and makes the experience more enjoyable.
I keep getting told it will get fixed. No sign of it happening as I’ve observed this is broken for most part of last year.
Your staff are great. Shame the broken equipment…may have to look elsewhere.
