From booking my appointment to completing my last gel nail, was excellent. When booking staff were very accommodating not to mention efficient with reply to my barricade of emails. On arrival, I received a warm and friendly welcome. The shop was emaculate, clean and tidy. My treatments started started straight away and followed one after the other. As other clients came in they were seen. I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. My therapist even apologized for there being water on the ground
