I booked my appointment day before. Confirmed by email. Was met with a hostile manner by Gosia. Standing outside at the door, was told I had no appointment. She had an appointment with someone she knows not me. Showed email confirmation. She told me I might have booked in Leicester! I told her I have always come at this branch, had my nails done by Dianna who gave brilliant customer service over the years. Checked her diary, I had appt.
Another lady came after me, was warmly welcomed:))
