I've been going to Muskann for 2 years and have always rated the treatments and whole experience there very highly.
I have recommended the salon to a number of people.
Recently I have found that the standard of the treatments have dropped. The staff seem rushed and there is something missing. All the staff are still friendly and welcoming but the attention to detail with the nail and pedicure treatments are not there as before. I hope they take this as constructive criticism and improve things.

I had gel manicure and pedicure done.
I am very happy with the results.
Gosia is a star! She is a nice person and we had a good laugh.
The only negative is the salon policy to charge £5 for gel removal every time you have your nails done there..£5 for mani and £5 for pedi, which makes it too expensive in comparison with other salons in the area, for the exact same service.
