Rushed service . I use to go a few times but after my last appointment I would rather not . The lack of care for my nails was ridiculous . Nail polish still on my cuticles it just was not professional . Especially going into the new years , I don’t appreciate it . Plenty of better nail shops unfortunately

My service felt really rushed especially going into New Year’s. I find it very disappointing as I’ve been there before and usually the service is top-notch in the morning but as you get to later evening hours it seems like people are tired maybe but I’ve noticed a dip in their serviceand patience. I notice how I wasn’t able to get the actual service that I want or the full nail set that I wanted, which was a bit disappointing, but there are plenty of other nail shops so I completely understand.
