My last time ever coming here, my auntie has been coming here over 5 years. I paid £40 just to have my nails filed and painted-I could’ve done that myself at home!!im a beauty therapist myself-the technique is so basic and terrible in fact (seesaw filing) and !no true skill.Even the French wasn’t accurately drawn and wonky, no customer service as no effort to try and make things better even when seeing how sad I was and unhappy. Completely ignored me and made me pay anyways. Such a shame so sad
