I paid for gel nail(wanted French tips)& mentioned to Gosia.She was busy chit chatting with her colleague and misunderstood what I wanted.She decided to do the base in nude (acrylic powder) and put only the tips in white(gel) which I realised at the end. I stopped and told her that I need full gel bc that’s what I paid for. She got soo angry and threw the nail polish stencil on the desk.I was soo humiliated infront of everyone”she was like what a waste of time, why didn’t you tell me”

Cannot fault the service here. Salon is clean, the girls are knowledgable, caring and calming.
