I was so late to my booked appointment due to having a flat tyre on the way to the shop, which resulted in me having to get to a bus stop and wait for a bus, I could not contact Gosia as I had no phone with me, I had left it in the car. However Gosia took off my polish professionally, despite me being so late only having 7 minutes of my appointment left.
