Gopi is new, she is very pleasant to talk to.
She is quite hesitant but taking over an existing customer base must be difficult. My manicure was perfect.

The treatment was a bit slow and it seemed that the technician was not as experienced as I would have liked. Also the appointment was delayed by 15-20mins which wasn't great. The place is a lovely clean space however.
