Unfortunately, I was left with a burn scarring after my upper lip wax. After waxing the lady used a soothing gel on my lips and immediately it started to tingle and burn. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but now I have burn scarring on my lips. This has never happened in all the years I've been doing upper lip waxes. I will not be going back to the salon.

Deborah was super attentive and paid so much attention to little details that I would not have noticed. Love the almond shape and colour, completed in the allotted hour without feeling rushed. Came away feeling completely relaxed.
