I love Murad products so booked this apt. The therapist was a bit cold with me on arrival to the main HoF store / it didn't feel particularly relaxing, however she was warm when we went to the therapy room itself. I also felt like we may have spent a bit too long discussing things rather than doing the facial But overall was still enjoyable
