I had a city facial and left satisfied overall, the effect was visible and radiance restored. Previously this particular facial included a small tonic to take away, but the policy must have changed.

One of the better facials I've had in London! Despite being in house of Fraser, the room is tucked away and feels like a very nice spa room in a fancy hotel.

Probably the worst facial experience I've had with Murad. The extraction was done badly. Left with lots of scars. The beautician wasn't gentle at all. It was awful.
