I received excellent service from Murad. The facial felt very comprehensive (especially the extractions - ouch!) and the staff were all friendly and professional. I appreciated that there wasn't a pushy sales piece too, just recommendations with the option to buy the products if you wanted. Afterwards my skin looked and felt much cleaner and softer, and the effect has lasted for days so far.
