This was my first facial at Murad and I absolutely loved it, would definitely recommend! Karyll was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease right away. My skin was noticeably clearer and brighter. Can't wait to go back.

I’ve just woken up the day after my facial with Karyll and my skin feels and looks amazing. I had booked a city facial, but she gave me the AHA RAPID EXFOLIATOR ANTI-AGING facial instead after chatting through my lifestyle, eating habits, and analyzing my skin. Karyll was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The spa room itself, in the basement of House of Fraser, was large and comfortable. Temperature was perfect. The treatment was super relaxing, but also effective. She did an amazing job with extractions, which for me is important when I get a facial- I think I gasped when I looked in the mirror at the end and all the little blackheads had disappeared! At the end of a facial, I always dread the product push. But Karyll wasn’t pushy at all and simply made her recommendations. I wasn’t able to buy anything at the time, but I’ll be back to buy the serum. HIGHLY recommend. I’m going to save, and buy a 6 course bundle with her as soon as possible.

This was the first facial I've had at Murad and it was the best facial I've had. Natasha was really lovely and knew exactly what my skin needed. My skin looks so much clearer and I feel much so much better about it. I'll definitely be returning. Thank you :)
