The facial I had here was not at all relaxing. The treatment felt very rushed and the products were very quickly applied on and taken off without any facial massage. The therapist generally did not do anything while the treatments were on (such as an arm and hand massage, as many do) and wore plastic glove which was a strange texture on the skin. The therapist was not very friendly and the room did not have a very nice ambience. I would not recommend a facial here if you are looking for a relaxing treatment. The treatment also did not last for the full hour.
