Absolutely terrible. I have been coming to Murad since 2013 and have been a loyal and regular customer but with this appointment the therapist didn't know what to do. After my facial my face did not look any different, my extractions weren't taken out. The peel she applied I couldn't even feel as she put a very thin layer. Overall I was very disappointed with and result.

Really disappointed, I usually love this place and have had two brilliant therapists. The therapist I had seemed inexperienced and did not give me the treatment I paid for.
