This was my first time going to This place. On arrival, The staff where friendly and nice.
Only when the treatment started , It all went wrong. Firstly, There was no music , Secondly there was no steam ( I actually mentioned that my priority was blackheads and open porse) Thirdly , The therapist did not do any extraction however it was stated on the website that extraction is involved . And Finally the Therapist had gloves on which was very unpleasant on my skin! Overall Not worth £75
