Slightly odd setting in the basement of house of Fraser. Facial was good, but I didn’t appreciate the sales pitch and the end and felt very uncomfortable being pressured into buying something at the end of the treatment.

Location and facilities were lovely - really relaxing atmosphere! Lola did my facial and she was fantastic - very friendly and informative, told me all about the products and how they work. I'll definitely come back again :)
