Booked in for a facial with Natasha - a really relaxing experience. Natasha was really knowledgable and put me at ease (this being my first treatment of this kind). My skin feels great. Good value as well.

After my daughter recieved a facial off Natasha she recommended that I should book in for one. I was advised by Natasha to have the firming resurgence facial where she looked after me well (I was a little nervous not being use to having regular beauty treatments & being more of a mature client, but there was no need to feel that way). During the facial I felt relaxed & comfortable. I could feel the products which was nice as the odd facial I've had previously just felt greasey & heavy. My skin afterwards felt cleaner & firmer. I was so happy that I have brought a course & will be doing one facial a week for four weeks to get optimum results as well as using the resurgence homecare products. I highly recommend Natasha as a therapist.
I'm really impressed with the facial and the value. They have a nice little room with relaxing music. The therapist was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. She easily answered my questions and I was very happy with the treatment. Also got a nice hand and arm massage.

This was probably the best facial I have ever had, I'll definitely be going back.
First thing to bare in mind is that you need to go to the Murad counter where you'll meet Natasha and she'll take you down to the treatment room. I wandered around for a bit at the start trying to work out where I was supposed to go!
Anyway, once with Natasha my treatment was great. She assessed my skin and tailored the treatment to my needs. My face felt totally cleansed and moisturised at the end and I really enjoyed the arm and hand massage while I was relaxing with the mask on.
This facial is an absolute steal whilst it's being discounted and to be honest I'd be tempted by it when it's full price as it was such a good treatment. I'll be back next month for some more pampering!

From someone within the face & body business I have to rate Natasha for an outstanding facial & service. I decided to treat myself to a Murad facial as my skin was dull & congested, I was not disappointed. If its a professional your after, with a high standard of expertise & a huge knowledge about skin care - Book An Appointment ! She will give you a 'correct' skin analysis, a relaxing facial using professional products & advise you with your daily skin care routein. I will definitly be looking after my skin a lot more & getting the most out of it with thanks to Natasha
