After the treatment my skin felt firmer and my fine lines had all but vanished. Natasha the therapist was great, helpful and no push to sell the products after. Venue could do with some more upmarket refreshments, plain water in a plastic vending cup was hardly pushing the boat out!

The treatment room is in the basement of House of Fraser on Oxford St, and is surprisingly quiet once you're inside. Excellent treatment from Natasha, she's very professional. This was my first time using products from Murad, and I was quite impressed with the results (the products aren't heavily fragranced; some people may or may not like the fact they don't have a 'relaxing spa fragrance'). I would definitely go back again.
