- Got a great value deal on the City Facial- usual price £70 but booked at last min on Treatwell so got for £35
- Staff were very informative - had a skin assessment which informed me of problem areas, then the therapist was very knowledgeable as she talked through all the products and fit to my skin type. I came away with some useful knowledge
- Venue is in a very convenient location, but because it's in a department store, sometimes you heard noise outside the room
