This is the second time i went to Murad beauty room, and i did the backcials treatment. The treatment is very relaxing and i am quite enjoy it. The only thing i did not likein here is after the treatment the staff will recommend products to u which i really do not need!

I get facial for my skin o monthly bases. I got the city facial and cellulite treatment.
For the amount of money the facial is not worth at all.
3 minutes shoulder massage, my face full of extraction marks and redness.still blackheads on nose area.
facial was over 7 to 8 minutes before.
the lady was very blunt so point arguing.
waste of money and i couldnt apply any make for 1 week. they ruined my Eid occasion :(

I had a blemish control facial. The facial was nice enough, but the facialist didn't really talk me through what she was doing or the benefits of the treatments she was applying despite trying to get me to book a package of facials. Because of a mix up between Murad and Treatwell, they tried to get me to pay again even though I had an e-voucher. The staff were apologetic after spending some time on the phone clarifying things, but obviously whatever relaxation benefits the facial had were gone by then.

very good relaxing experience. non intrusive and she was very informative. would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good facial. value for money.
