Booked it for my partner. He liked the facial and the place in general. However, the results were not so good as the first time. The face still looks congested and the skin hasn't cleared up. The previous facial was much better.

Great facial! Maricela the beauty therapist was very good, would definitely recommend.
The treatment rooms are on the ground floor, away from all the noisy shoppers and hustle and bustle, therefore a very relaxing and comfortable experience.

I booked a facial for myself and my mum as a treat. The facial itself was amazing, we had a free skin analysis before the treatment, which highlighted areas that we should be more concerned about or look after more. Our facials were done by the beauty therapist Marciela, and she was great, can't praise her enough. She made my mum feel at ease and was very friendly.
As the location is on Oxford Circus we were expecting a busy and noisy experience however it was quite the opposite. The treatment rooms are incredibly comfortable, peaceful and away from all the hustle and bustle to truly relax and enjoy the facial (I feel asleep from the massage that Marciela also gave us part of the facial treatment).
We highly recommend the treatments, we definitely felt a difference to our skin, the effects were instantly recognisable.
