The location was extremely convenient, located in the basement of house of Fraser. The treatment room clean and comfortable. My therapist was very professional as well. I enjoyed the treatment especially pleased that there were extractions. However my only issue would be that my therapist was wearing rubber gloves and it feels quite weird on the skin. But it was
a company policy and not really her fault.

The facial was good and the therapist was friendly. However, she wore rubber gloves the entire time, which is something I've never encountered before and gave quite an unpleasant sensation. She explained that it was necessary as they need to protect their hands from being exposed to the products all day, which is understandable. I did not find the facial to be much different from other deep cleansing facials I've had from other places and in future would go somewhere where they do not wear gloves the entire time.
