I have been to Murad for facials a few times and unfortunately this time is the least enjoyable. And I regret to say this is mainly due to my therapist, strokes she uses for the facial, the extractions and the neck message well pretty much everything seemed just quite half-hearted and lazy. But to be fair, she is friendly and I don't think she might to perform badly maybe she's just not very talented.

I arrived at the store to be greeted by Natasha who was my therapist for my treatment. I found her extremely knowledgable about my concerns and explaining the benefits of the facial for my skin type. I left very happy and am looking forward to my next treatment!

I really enjoyed the experience, my facial left my skin glowing and the consultant (Chantelle) gave me some great advise on my problem areas for my skin. The Cellulite treatment was new for me, I'd never tried one before but I would deifntiely go back. I raved about it to my friend afterwards.

It was a nice hour and 10 mins of indulgence. The therapist was excellent, the massage was well needed. They explained the state of my skin and what treatments I needed.
