Really nice experience - shame that it wasn't made clearer to meet up at the counter before going down to the beauty rooms as that made the start of the treatment a bit frenetic as I wasn't clear on what was happening! Otherwise really nice and relaxing and not pushy saleswomen etc...

As this was an evening appointment, the therapist was running late, she did make it up to me however by providing an extra 10 min of treatment, pleased with results

This was one of the best facials I have received. Not only did the therapist create a special facial to suit my particular skin type, the massage she gave me was fabulous. That's the one thing I feel is always missing in facials in London. Highly recommended.
