The facial itself was excellent - very thorough. My skin looked great afterwards. I was disappointed to find that the times given on Treatwell include 10 minutes of padding for "getting dressed", which made me feel a little cheated - my 40 minute facial was only 30 minutes of actual facial. Also, the venue were running 25 minutes late - annoying, but apologies were offered and I didn't lose any time from my treatment.
