Great experience with a facial. It's a good place to go like any other place in central London. Overall not a bad experience but I did feel pushed to buy products or book more at the end of the treatment which I didn't like

I had the Murad Pom-Power Express Facial and it was such a divine experience! Natasha was very knowledgeable about the products and she was very thorough and precise when examining my skin. The treatment was sublime and so relaxing - I didn't want it to end. I will be back for the 1 hour Glyco Facial for sure.
