Very impressed. "Express glycolic facial" met my expectations, as someone who is particular and not easily impressed by beauty treatments usually due to inexperienced staff/techniques, this was a very thorough, beneficial and precise facial. Therapist 'Natasha' had good and firm techniques with her hands that were deep cleaning and heavily relaxing. Great value for money which is another great aspect as well as a glowing facial.

A very nice beauty room in the lower ground floor of HOF, incredibly quiet and relaxing despite being in a department store! I had my facial while lying in a warm and comfy bed :) Also had a nice neck and shoulder massage while the peel was working on my skin. I felt very relaxed afterwards and my skin feels amazing! Might go back to try the City Facial next time.
