Highly recommended! The Murad treatment rooms are luxurious, clean and relaxing. My facialist Georgia was very attentive and lovely - we spoke at length about the state of my skin and she recommended a few things that I might add to my regime but definitely didn't push for a sale, which was a welcome relief. She decided to formulate a custom facial suited to my current skin concerns and performed a really thorough and painless extraction. Great value facial for the price and will definitely attend again.

Been going there for facials there over a year now. I don't think I've ever met any more genuine and nice staff than anywhere else. However, I felt my last facial was very rushed.

Clean and pleasant environment, with effective extractions. However, unlike other facials I've had - at Liz Earle, Sanctuary Spa etc - the beautician kept latex gloves on throughout - which created a not altogether pleasant sensation during the product application/massage. I could also smell the plastic-y gloves, which wasn't at all relaxing (frankly, the smell just reminds me of birth control). I'm sure my skin is better and cleaner for it, but as a relaxing experience I probably wouldn't return. As always, though booking through Treatwell was ideal and very easy!
