From the moment I arrived at the venue the therapist was attentive and welcoming. I wasn't made to wait around for long, I was taken to treatment room immediately,I was apprehensive about how the consultation would go but it was perfect. She asked the correct question relevant to the treatment and she listened to me regarding my problem areas. I felt that she was building a relationship with me, rather than just looking at me as a one-off client. Definitely worth the money

I usually book and have a great experience. This time it was not satisfying for me, I was out in 45 min, The products are good, it is the service that makes it tip top. It wasn't worth my £65,-, honestly dont know if I go back..

Do not go there for a facial unless you want to end up in A&E with skin severely swollen, feeling and looking like it is sunburnt, as well as being put urgently on steroids afterwards!
