This is the second time I have booked this venue through Treatwell and both times although they had the booking in the system they were unaware I had prepaid. Which caused a delay and bit of stress post-treatment. Thankfully I have taken my booking printout with me, bit I really wish they would sort this out as it caused me some embarassment. Other than that the treatment could not be flawed. Faz, my beauty tech, talked through my treatment with me, made recommendations based on my skin type and the treatment was very relaxing. My skin now feels much more hydrated.

Such a fab facial by Faz, great treatment throughout (I have had this facial before) and I told her I had a sore shoulder so she concentrated on that too which was great. Can't recommend her enough.

Absolutely lovely from start to finish. Staff were very attentive, prompt and willing. Never been for a Murad treatment before, but the facial was lovely, and I definitely felt the difference the next day. Would 100% re-book!
